Design J&Kh robot

for 1st  Iranian robotic contest at university (2000)

 

J (Sweeper) & Kh (Dustpan) robots was designed for the 1st Iranian robotic contest. In this contest, robots were supposed to collect 15 balls and put them in a basket in less than 10 minutes.

 

 

These to robots work together to collect the balls.

J sweeps the balls and lead them to Kh then Kh pushes the balls to basket. In this way we could collect the balls faster.

 

 

These two robots have 2 DC motors and 4 steppers motors. So in order to control Them me and my friend “Alireza Tadayoni” designed the interface which works with an ISA card. This ISA card gives us 3 Byte that was enough to control all of the motors and get feedback from sensors.

 

Last but not least we won the special design in 1st Iranian robotic contest  and also second place in Iranian Kharazmi festival.
